One of the stops during my sister's tour in Cebu was Montebello Villa Hotel. It is a villa hotel with a natural setting but has a romantic and cozy atmosphere. I think the difference in room ratings depend on the availability and demand.

The hotel has this garden that looks so calming and relaxing. The mad-made swamp adds up a calming atmosphere in the garden. My sister didn't miss to have her lone moment captured by the swamp. It is a nature setting indeed!
