Sparkling View of Cebu Port
Nearly arriving Cebu port, Cheep took this picture. This right here is a view of the port at early dawn. Sparking!
I thank her for taking a picture nicely using zoomed-in point and shoot. I've been to Cebu three times but I have never noticed this beautiful scenery.
Cheep zoomed in the camera a little more and there she captured the golden name of the huge building seen on the first two photos. It's the Cebu City Hall. I didn't know it before.

nindot sya chie.. it's difficult to capture night scene especially if you're in a moving vehicle. but this one she was able to get it right...:)
