Parade At The Boulevard

I seldom go out as of late, or even before when hubby was here. I would go out only when a friend would ask me or when I feel like going out which i feel very seldom since the time I leaned how to blog. Blogging occupied my time so much and I am not complaining about it for it is what I love doing. I am just very content staying inside the house and in front my computer.

So being a hermit, I know nothing so much about what's going on outside my world. I don't know what's happening beyond my sight. When sister came home with these photos below, I was like "what's up with these kids and the parade"? My sister replied, it is the Congressman's birthday. I only replied an 'oh, I see' nod.

I do not even know which elementary school in the city these kids are from. I just do not give a darn care where but I care about their uniform. It is a nice color combination, green and yellow. It is my first time seeing this combination of a drum core uniform. Usually, I see red and white, which was my uniform before when I became the smallest twirler at grade three. Some are blue and white, pink and white and yellow and white.  Well these kiddos' uniform is just perfect for Green Monday and Mellow Yellow Monday. Thanks to my sis for capturing them in action.
The picture above is just a bonus entry. If you can see, there is a prop in the photo, a sailboat with stars that's painted yellow and green. The sky and the clouds also caught my interest. This picture for sure was taken almost sunset.

Oh, here's more below for Blue Monday, the blue sky and that bottle of mineral water that my sister's gay friend was holding. These two are my youngest sister's gay friends and classmates. They climbed up there to watch the parade. They were at the children's playground in Dipolog City boulevard.

There are shades of yellow and green in the photos above too. Below, is another share for Blue Monday - i am talking about that kid in blue. This is stolen shot of my sister who was trying to help a kid climb up or was she helping him down?
That kid is not my sister's son by the way...(she told me to write this.) She added, she is still single and still can mingle.

I am linking this post to the three cool memes:
