Arriving at Tagbilaran port, I spotted a mother and child riding on a canoe looking up at the passengers at the departure area. These people are known as
Badjao. They were patiently waiting for whoever to spare them some foods. It was not my first time seeing Badjao people at a port. The last time was worst. It was in Manila where naked kids swimming after every coins dropped by the ship passengers. And seeing the kids' smiles after getting the coins seemed like they are not having any problems in their lives.
