My Wedding Reception Last May 2008

This cultural and sports center is one of the recently built building in Manukan - one of the few progresses I noticed when I got back in my hometown on the 2007. Well, Manukan was and still the same old poor town. At least, after many long years, Manukan finally has its own cultural and sports center which is fully painted on the outside but still needs a lot of work in the inside. I was just thankful that this building was already built and was used as my wedding reception.
The photos above show how the sports center looks outside. Inside this building were pieces of crap as to the last time I checked which was before my wedding day. But the designer we hired did an awesome job in the decoration. He turned the crap into a paradise-like wedding reception. Here are the photos:

Here are the photos of the almost finished decoration of the reception taken by my brother early afternoon on May 18, 2008 .

Above are the photos taken when we arrived from the church at around 5:30 p.m. The grand stands on both sides of the sports center were packed with uninvited visitors. We were only expecting 400 to 450 visitors but sitting on that that stage right in this last photo, I saw about 600 to 700 people. Darn gate crashers! As expected, we were short in food. Obviously, the gate securities didn't do a great job!
