I saw these barriers painted with yellow and black strips on the side of the road at the Tagbilaran port. I took these photos while riding a tricycle. It is a good thing I didn't mess the pictures a lot. On the first photo, you can see carts. I guess those are porters' carts for the passengers' baggages.
