The greeting inside the Underground River(Palawan) is "Good night!" because it's really dark in there. It was almost lunchtime, I remember because after we were done touring inside the cave we had lunch. Meaning, it was darn hot outside. A flashlight though is enough to see the way in and to see the natural rock formation. The area inside the cave is wide enough for two or three canoes. It is required to wear helmet for the entire tour just in case pieces of rock or something may fall from the ceiling. What I was thinking upon wearing my helmet though was to avoid bats from messing my hair up. L.o.l. The life vest is also required just in case the canoe tips over.
