Scenic Sunday 1: Luli Island

This is my first post for Scenic Sunday Meme. Above is a picture of Luli Island in Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan. I took this picture while I was on the boat as we (hubby and I) were getting nearer and nearer to the beautiful Luli Island. By the way, this island is called Luli as a short name for Lulubog-Lilitaw Island which is "Sinking and Floating Island" in English. During high tide, the island sinks and all you can see are the roofs of the cottages.

Very pretty scene. I have never been to Palawan. There are 7000 islands and islets, and definitely, this will be in my itinerary for the next vacation.
